Roles and what each one can do

The five built-in roles, and what “own conversations only” really means.

Every teammate has a role in your workspace. Roles are enforced on the server, not just by hiding buttons, so a role can never do more than it says by going around the interface.

RoleWhat they can do
Tenant AdminFull access, including team, billing and WhatsApp settings.
ManagerRuns campaigns and the inbox; sees analytics. No billing or settings.
Team LeadManages the inbox and assignments for their team.
TelecallerWorks the inbox — their own conversations only.
AnalystRead-only: reports and performance, no sending.

“Own conversations only” is literal. A Telecaller can open the chats assigned to them and nothing else — not a colleague’s chat, and not the workspace-wide list. The same applies to their analytics: they see their own numbers.

You can also create custom roles if the five built-in ones do not fit.

Adding people

Settings → Team → “Invite teammate” sends an invite link that is valid for seven days. The seat counter shows how many of your plan’s team members are in use; a bigger plan raises it. Suspending someone keeps their history and stops them signing in.
