Is there a free trial?

Yes. Your first subscription starts with a free trial. Auto-pay is set up at the start, and the first charge happens only when the trial ends. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.

How are WhatsApp messages charged?

Messages are paid from a prepaid wallet, per message, at the rates shown in the app. Plans cover the software; the wallet covers what Meta charges for messages.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Any time. Upgrades apply straight away and the unused part of your current plan goes to your wallet. Downgrades apply at your next renewal. If you cancel, you keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for.

Is GST included?

Prices are shown before GST; GST is added at checkout and shown on your tax invoice. Add your GSTIN in Billing to claim input credit.

What do I need to get started?

A WhatsApp Business number connected through Gupshup. We guide you through connecting it after you sign up.
