Plans, the wallet and GST invoices

Two separate things are paid for. The plan is a monthly subscription for the software. The wallet is prepaid credit that pays for the WhatsApp messages themselves, per message, because that is how Meta charges.

Plans and the free trial

Your first subscription starts with a free trial. Auto-pay is set up at the start and the first charge happens only when the trial ends — cancel before then and you pay nothing. Upgrades apply straight away, and the unused days of your current plan go to your wallet as credit. Downgrades apply at your next renewal. If you cancel, your plan keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for.

The wallet

Every message is charged against the wallet at the rate for its WhatsApp category — marketing, utility and authentication each have their own rate, shown in the app. Replying to a customer inside the 24-hour window is a service message and is free.

Set a low-balance warning amount in Billing and your admins are notified before the wallet runs dry. A campaign that empties the wallet pauses with its remaining recipients intact and resumes after a top-up — nothing is lost.

Topping up

“Add funds” opens a breakdown before you pay: credit to wallet, platform fee, and GST — IGST at 18%, or CGST and SGST at 9% each, depending on your place of supply. Payment is processed by Razorpay; we never see your card details. A promo code, if you have one, adds bonus wallet credit.

GST and invoices

Add your GSTIN under Billing details and every invoice carries it, so you can claim input credit. The place of supply is taken from the first two digits of the GSTIN. Billing details are optional and never block a payment.

A GST tax invoice is raised for every top-up and every plan charge, and a credit note for every refund. They are all listed under Invoices, searchable by number, and can be emailed to your billing address.

If a payment fails

You get a three-day grace period with a daily reminder. During it the workspace keeps working and you can pay or update the payment method from the banner. If the grace period ends unpaid, the workspace is paused — your data stays exactly where it is, and a successful charge turns everything back on.
